1. Reservations and Cancellations

• All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date to avoid cancellation fees.
• In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of the first night's stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required upon check-in unless pre-payment arrangements have been made. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay (such as room service or leisure club usage) must be settled at check-out.

4. Guest Conduct

• We expect guests to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your stay without refund.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance.

5. Leisure Club Use

• Access to the leisure club is complimentary for hotel guests. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by guests may result in repair charges.

6. Liability

• Stutelea Hotel & Leisure Club is not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages to property that occur during your stay, unless caused by our negligence.
• We recommend securing your valuables and using the safety deposit boxes available in the rooms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We value your privacy. Any personal data provided by you during your stay or while making a booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

• Stutelea Hotel & Leisure Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of guests to check for any changes before booking.
